With your candle and hot tool, you can lightly melt and texture your wax to achieve that beautiful liquid gold type effect in your band.

We recommend to wait to texture until you have the basic shape and size of your band complete. Texture can be the final touches you make to your piece.

You will get a feel for how long you need to hold your tool in the flame and how hard to press down in your wax. You can press in harder to create a more dramatic look or extremely lightly to almost create a “painted” effect. When the final piece is casted in metal, all of these love marks, small or big, are picked up.
