  • All shipping is sent via UPS.

    When placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Each piece will be handmade and requires 3-5 weeks to be prepared for shipment.

    Most of Seelye jewelry is made to order and lead-times depends on the style. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

    Please email us to inquire about the status of your purchase or any additional questions that you might have.

  • Seelye Designs accepts exchange within 14 day of receipt.

    Please note that workshop and customized pieces are final sale.

    If you are interested in an exchange please notify us at hello@seelyedesigns.com att.: EXCHANGE and we will assist you further.

  • Seelye Designs will repair your pieces within one year of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your piece for a charge.
