Congratulations on finishing your Root Stacker! We want to ask you a few questions before we receive your ring back, to ensure we have everything we need.

All add-ons must be purchased before sending the carving back to us. You may browse options here.

Once you submit your return form, we will follow up with your return label for you to attach to your return envelope and send back to us. You can either send the wax carving alone, using the safety box and the return envelope OR return the carving tools within the envelope for a refund.
