Seelye

(Seal - ee)

Our shared middle name passed down from the generations of women before us.

Our Belief

We believe that your jewelry is your armor; evoking a state of being when worn, reminding you of what makes you uniquely, You.

We believe that each piece of our jewelry has a story to tell, intimately woven into the details. From the sourcing of the material, to the inspiration from which it was born, as it begins its journey from generation to generation.

Who We Are

We are mother and daughter and dear companions, working and living between Brooklyn and Boulder. Each of our Seelye creations stem from our love for design and purpose, joining in a collaboration of shared inspiration. Hannah, a graduate of Studio Jewelers in New York City, specializes in the art of lost wax casting, hand-making each piece in our Brooklyn studio.

With each piece being carefully designed, one-of-a-kind, and hand made, we view these pieces as art we can wear on our bodies. We hope that they push the boundaries of what we are used to seeing in the jewelry industry and reconnect us with our creative expression.

Subscribe to our substack, At The Bench, where we share reflections shaped in silence, inspired by client work, the world outside, and the wandering thoughts that surface while my hands are busy.

An Ode and Our Mission to Give Back

This company is an ode to females who have led the way for us with their strength and grace. We are constantly inspired by the courageous women that surround us today and honor the importance of community and the power it brings. We hope our jewelry stands as a reminder, to celebrate and honor all that is you, as we continue to carve the path for those who follow.

Since the very beginning of Seelye, we’ve believed that beauty should also create impact. Each month, we donate to Planned Parenthood and the Brady United, supporting reproductive rights and the fight to end gun violence. When you purchase from us, you’re not only investing in a piece of jewelry—you’re also contributing to these vital causes. Giving back isn’t an afterthought; it’s woven into who we are and what we create.
